Windows 8: Netflix Error W8156

When opening the Netflix App on Windows 8 you may receive the following error: W8156.
I found that the following resolves the issue.
Control Panel
>Add/Remove Programs
>>Remove Windows Components
>>>Hyper-V
It turns out that the Hyper-V service convinces the Netflix App that you are running on a Virtual Machine.
