And to help me with reaction times, I purchased the n52te gaming pad

Basically allows for endless keybindings within reach of a 4x4 pad, rather than a spread out keyboard.
The layout I use is as follows:
[alt][1][2][3][-]
[shift][4][5][6][=]
[ctrl][7][8][9]{WHEEL}
[0(thumb)]
Now, the only character I've really put time into thinking out my macros and keybindings is honestly my rogue.
They are as follows.
1 - Evasion/Ghostly Strike Macro(garrote in stealth)
2 - Slice n' Dice (abush in stealth)
3 - Tab Target for pve (vanish in stealth)
- - Rupture
4 - Cold blood + Mutilate macro (cheap shot in stealth)
5 - Gouge
6 - Eviserate
= - Preperation (prep in stealth
7 - Tricks of the trade (tricks of the trade macro)
8 - Sprint (sprint in stealth)
9 - Kidney Shot
WHEEL - stealth/vanish in combat macro
0 - Blind focus, otherwise blind target macro
SHFT+1 - Trinket 1
SHFT+2 - Trinket 2
SHFT+3 - Health Potion
SHFT+- - Expose Armor
SHFT+4 - Will of the forsaken
SHFT+5 - ...umm...i dont remember lol(at work right now)
SHFT+6 - Cannibalize
SHFT+= - ...umm...i dont remember lol(at work right now)
The rest of the binds are all things like character pane, honor pane, currency pane, social pane, trade skills and their abilities etc.
I've had the n52te for about 3 or 4 weeks now, and I'm loving it.
Week 1 and Week 2 were rough, becuase it takes some time to get used to the new key bindings and new layout. However, in the end I can already see a decrease in my reaction times compared to when I was using a normal keyboard. I'm REALLY enjoying it.
As for movement, I'm kinda having some difficulties adjusting still.
I'm using the D-Pad for forward/backward/strafe and of course using the mouse to manage turning(PRO'S KEYBOARD TURN LUL).
Anyways, I don't know if I need more time, or If I should switch my keybindings to have wasd on the actual keypad, but that means I'm losing 4 of my normal keybinds and have to switch to ctrl/alt/shift modifiers for even more abilities.
Other than that, the keypad was 100% a must buy

Update:
If you do end up getting a keypad. It seriously DOES TAKE AWHILE to get used to the new feel of it.
So I found it really helps to not only setup bartender for the paging and everything, but to actually display the action bars as the keys are mapped out on the actual keypad!

You'll notice they are in the same format as the keypad. 3 rows of 4 buttons
